Mango Tree uses only fresh local ingredients, including organic herbs, fruits, and vegetables grown on our resort property and the rest of St. Lucia Island. Building on authentic St. Lucian dishes from the recipe books of Stonefield Villa Resort owner, Anista Brown, the culinary team at Mango Tree, led by talented local chefs, prepares cuisine that is rooted in local tradition, but made for modern tastes with a rotating dinner menu that reflects the seasons, making our restaurant one of the best Caribbean destinations for a culinary vacation.

The open-air Mango Tree Restaurant is simply furnished, leaving the sensational views out to sea and of the Petit Piton to set the tone. Breakfasts are served (i.e no buffets), and include homemade jams, local juices (maybe tamarind, passionfruit), a platter of fruits from the estate (perhaps mango, banana), eggs and pancakes. The restaurant has a decent reputation, with international and local dishes on offer – perhaps crab cakes, catch of the day with green banana mash, and mango cheesecake.
