Explore a popular, nearby waterfall. Learn about the rain forest plants and pick wild fruit and herbs along the trail. Swim in large pool underneath the waterfall and even swing like Tarzan from a rope into the pool!
The hiking tours are followed by a delicious lunch including either a chicken sandwich, St. Lucian grilled chicken, fish and rum punch, plus lots of organic fruit such as bananas, pineapple and whatever else is in season is provided as well!
