Full description

A spacious and luxurious 6-bedroom residence set in 4.5 acres above the golf course on Cap Estate. The house consists of 3 wings built around a central courtyard. The main house has two stories. The two wings have sundecks on the first floor. The pool is situated on a lower level.
Nestled on top of a knoll, Cap Pavilion combines Caribbean plantation style with modern living. Inspired by the designs of the late Oliver Messel,
its coral rendered arches and columns frame the interior and relax the eye. Seclusion in location yet open in architectural style. Radiates a feeling of casual luxury - a home away from home. 360 degrees panoramic views.
Ground Floor
• The 580 feet˛ sitting room flanks the yard to the south/east. 3 louvered French doors on both sides lead either to the yard or to the tropical garden. A glazed quadruple door opens up to the covered verandah. The formal, open dining room seats 12. The breezeway - the center of the house - leads to the kitchen and yet another balcony facing the sea. A restroom is located off the breezeway.
The Master bedroom has an adjacent bathroom, walk-in cupboard and private outside areas. The Guest room, in its own wing has its own bathroom and private outside area. Staff quarters are situated below the fully equipped kitchen.
On the ground floor, there are also a laundry room with 2 washing machines and dryer, a utility room and a fenced kitchen yard with 2 dog houses and sink.
The full size pool is situated on a lower level beneath the yard. Surrounded by rocks, trees and plants it offers privacy and shade from the sun. A gazebo with table and bench stand at its side.
The garden is landscaped around the house. Lawns and tropical flowers adorn the yard. The house was built around the original vegetation and only a few trees and shrubs were sacrificed. Cap Pavilion is a true island hide-away.
3 further bedrooms (2 with twin beds, 1 with a double) and a chamber/office. These four rooms share 2 bathrooms (both with tubs) between them. Three of the rooms have French louvered doors leading to the covered walkway, which stretches around three sides of the 1st floor. The fourth bedroom has two glazed double doors with small balconies.
The sun deck, with a 360 degrees spectacular view of the hilly island and the seas surrounding St. Lucia can be enjoyed from here.
