Description of location and land:
The property, located just inside Cap Estate, has approximately 1.1 acres of land bound by fencing on two sides and mature trees on the other. Around the house is an area that is fully fenced making it secure for pets or children. The swimming pool is approximately 17x30 feet rectangular in shape with the pump works being located in the workshop storage area of the house.

Celestine Villa is a unique house that reflects Caribbean style.
The house is concrete block construction, with open beams in the main part of the house and open veranda’s on two sides of the house. The third side has Jalousie shutters and double French windows opening on to the large wooden pool deck.
The house has had a full redecoration and new kitchen to bring the house to a very modern standard, these works were completed in June 2006. There are security bars on all the windows and doors.
The Master Bedroom (12ft x 15ft) has a shuttered floor and ceiling windows to the side and two windows to the rear. Off the vaulted ceiling hangs a fan, and a door opens to the walk-in closet (5ft x 5ft) with fitted shelves and a hot water cylinder. The en suite bathroom (9ft x 5ft ) has a shower, toilet, wash basin set in the countertop and it is all fully tiled. There is an Office/ Study area (8ft x 8ft) just outside the master bedroom. This has computer points for ISDN and fax etc. This also opens on to the lounge. The 2nd Bedroom (20ft x 20ft). This room has Jalousie shutters on three sides giving the room ample light. A doorway leads to en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet, and wash hand basin. The 3rd bedroom (10ft x 20ft) is located downstairs and could in fact be used as a self contained unit if required. There are fitted wardrobes, a large walk in storage,and an en-suite bathroom (6ft x 10ft).
The Lounge (20ft x 14ft) has high vaulted ceilings painted in white with exposed beams which gives a very light airy feel to this room. A central ceiling fan as well a cool and constant breeze chases the Caribbean heat. Two sliding glass patio doors give access to either of the open verandas, and to the kitchen.
The Kitchen (7ft x 8ft) might not be the largest of kitchens by any means, however with it 'U' shape, and the use of wall cupboards there is plenty of storage, and the cooker is included in the sales price. The dining room (10ft x 25ft) has Jalousie shutters on three of the walls which can change the room from dark and intimate, to open and very bright with a good breeze. French windows open out on to the pool deck. With these doors open, the room feels even larger than it is because the living area extends not only in the house but now also outside the house as well.
