Fitness Freaks can transform your body, mind, and spirit with our diverse programmes. Their state of the art facility is like no other. Their experienced trainers and top-of-the-line fitness equipment are only just a few of the things that make us so unique. Their spacious open gym, huge wooden floors, air-conditioned studio and comfortable atmosphere makes getting fit a truly inspiring adventure.

They offer a wide range of private and group classes, all professionally designed and lead, that target your unique needs. You will not be lost in a crowd. Whether it’s Aerobics, Spinning, our NEW proprietary program “Fitness MAX”, Zumba, Pilates or Yoga. Their class sizes are limited and offered frequently, enabling our professional trainers will spend the time necessary to maximize your results. They also offer private classes in weight-training, nutrition, and cardiovascular endurance.

Although Fitness Freaks Gym features a complete state of the art facility, it will not be our equipment that will make us the leader in fitness in Saint Lucia. They also recognise that knowledgeable, courteous staff are essential to your comfort, and to our success.

All trainers require a deep knowledge of physiology and fitness, as well as a friendly and understanding demeanor. They trainers are not here to judge you; they are here to support you on your journey.

The Facility

Our state-of-the-art facility is located on the top floor of the Eugene Commercial Centre, on Grand Riviere Highway. A variety of classes are offered throughout the day, to accommodate your busy schedule. The facility boasts air-conditioned Spinning Room equipped with high quality Spinning Bikes along with premium tread mills, stairclimbers, exercise machines and free weights.

Fitness Max!
Fitness Freaks very own program which combines strenth training and cardio to provide a complete balanced approach to getting into shape and staying fit. It’s an enjoyable workout that shows great results over time. It results in a leaner stronger body with improved flexibility and loads of energy.  All Fitness Max! classes are 30 mins in length, unless otherwise advised

Ready for the ride of your life? Burn those calories, shed un-wanted pounds, tone your muscles, strengthen your core and have an absolutely fab time doing it! We have the best Spinning instructors handsdown! Come see for yourself.

This fun focus on cardio endurance combines traditional and current technique to support a healthy lifestyle. Truly get into shape with cardio! Includes warm-up and cool-down to maximize results. 45 minutes.

Improve your flexibility, stamina, circulation, and coordination through Pilates. All levels are welcome. Pilates support whole-body functioning as well strength and endurance.

Peaceful method to increase flexibility, coordination, strength, and endurance. Certified yoga instructors guide through important principles.

Aerobics classes were not just a fad of the 1980s. Even after all these years, STEP classes and step aerobics classes are still popular and effective ways to burn fat and build cardiovascular endurance. In any of our aerobics classes, you can expect to burn 300 – 600 calories. They provide a fun and exciting way to boost your energy and move to the beat. Our classes consist of choreographed step patterns. You’ll challenge your mind and body as you burn calories. The intensity of your workout will be determined by the speed, travel, and execution of your movements.
